The only way to access Yellowstone in winter is by way of snowcoach, snowmobile, cross-country skiing or snowshoeing; you need these alternative modes of transportation to get around, but they also make for great recreation vehicles! Your winter vacation in Yellowstone National Park isn't complete without a thrilling and engaging snowcoach tour. We offer several kinds of interpretive tours that can easily be accessed from your hotel.

CANYON EXPLORER
Visit Yellowstone's Grand Canyon with a chance to see the Lower and Upper Falls, along with Gibbon Falls, Beryl Spring, and more! You'll also discover abundant wildlife along the Madison River.  All of our coaches have over-sized viewing windows and excellent heaters, so you can experience Yellowstone in comfort and style.  If you are staying in West Yellowstone, our driver will pick you up right at your hotel lobby. This tour is offered daily. Boxed Lunches are required.

The Canyon Area has no eating facilities, you will need to bring your own lunch or order a box lunch for this tour.

Tours leave from West Yellowstone, Montana. If you do not see your hotel on our list please select "Our Snowcoach Office 201 Grizzly Ave" and meet us at the address by 8am the morning of your tour or call our office 406-646-9564 with additional pickup location questions.

We require a minimum of 15 hours in advance to book this activity online. Alternatively, you can contact our office directly to inquire about short-term bookings.
